Registered Nurse Manager - Rehabilitation
Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager for our rehabilitation hospital. As a Nurse Manager you will promote and restore patient's health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs and providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends,and families.

We have opened a new 25-bed pediatric general acute care rehabilitation hospital in Loma, Linda California that allows us to meet an additional set of needs in children's healthcare. We currently operate four facilities: Totally Kids Specialty Healthcare, a subacute skilled nursing facilities for children, and Circlebrook, an ICF-DD(n) for children.
Skills / Requirements
Current Registered Nurse licensure in State of California
? Bachelors of Science degree in nursing required. Masters degree in nursing preferred
? Current CPR (BCLS) certification
? Current PALS certification and current ACLS certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
? Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN). Certification or ability to achieve certification is required within one year
? Minimum of five (5) years of pediatric nursing experience required, and a minimum of two years of acute rehabilitation experience preferred
? Minimum of one (1) year experience in management or supervisory capacity
? Knowledge of CMS conditions of participation, CDPH state regulations, CCS, and TJC (hospital, nursing care center, and laboratory) accreditation requirements as applicable to job
? Possess strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
? Works responsibly in a team environment as well as independently
? Manages confidential information effectively and appropriately
- Two or more years of previous pediatric nursing experience in either an acute or subacute facility.
- Knowledge and understanding of California Code of Regulations Title 22 and other regulations governing nursing services in this facility, including standards of The Joint Commission
Pay: $91,500 to $100,878/year
